Items typically ship within 7-10 business days after you place your order. If you have multiple items in your order, items may be shipped separately. In most cases, orders are shipped directly from the brand and will not have shipment tracking information. Orders placed on a holiday or outside of regular business hours (8:00am to 5:00pm CST, Monday to Friday) will not be processed until the next business day.

If for any reason you aren’t happy with your purchase, we will gladly refund your order. Refund must be requested no later than 10 days from the date your item was delivered. Start a Return Once you get to the return page enter your order number and your email address. After following the steps online, you will be emailed a pre-paid return label within 1-3 business days. Simply attach the label to your package and drop off at any USPS location. You can expect your refund in 7 – 14 business days after we receive your return.

The usual turnaround time for banks to process refunds is 8-10 business days. If it gets past the 10 business days and you still do not see the refund in your account, please reach out to care@MySureFit.com.
When you download the SureFit app and complete your photos, you enter a personalized shopping experience created for you. From your photo we determine your measurements and fit for the styles and brands we carry. When you log into your account in mySureFit.com, you can try clothes on your photo in your virtual fitting room and see your SureFit Size Recommendation and fit point details. We believe that with a great fit and style, comes great confidence to be all you can be.
The current fitting room experience provides the front view of you, the member, but future versions of the platform will provide a 360-degree view of the member's outfit in the fitting room. Stay tuned!
All of us go up and down! Weight fluctuations are normal and expected. We recommend that members update their photo every month to 6 months, depending on your preference and natural body adjustments. If you feel that you have gained or lost a significant amount of weight within that time frame, you are welcome to update your photo earlier. We ensure the most accurate sizing recommendation based on your photo.
No. There's absolutely no pressure to buy. However, we find that once members submit photos and experience our virtual fit technology to try on clothes, they usually want to purchase something! We hope that you'll love the SureFit experience so much that you will encourage your friends and family to join our community.
