FAQ’s

Items typically ship within 7-10 business days after you place your order. If you have multiple items in your order, items may be shipped separately. In most cases, orders are shipped directly from the brand and will not have shipment tracking information. Orders placed on a holiday or outside of regular business hours (8:00am to 5:00pm CST, Monday to Friday) will not be processed until the next business day.

We currently only ship within the continental US.

We currently offer free shipping on orders over $100.

Because we process orders as quickly as possible, we are unable to make any changes once submitted. For more information or for guidance on returns, please contact our Customer Care team at care@MySureFit.com.

If for any reason you aren’t happy with your purchase, we will gladly refund your order. Refund must be requested no later than 10 days from the date your item was delivered. Start a Return Once you get to the return page enter your order number and your email address. After following the steps online, you will be emailed a pre-paid return label within 1-3 business days. Simply attach the label to your package and drop off at any USPS location. You can expect your refund in 7 – 14 business days after we receive your return.
